CPSA’s medical clinic registry helps us offer consistent guidance to medical clinics across Alberta in adopting standards, policies and procedures that support quality care and patient safety.


Physicians wanting to update their practice locations, must submit a change notification form located in the CPSA Physician Portal. Please click the "Back" button below to return to the CPSA website.

Please note that some Electronic Medical Record (EMR) programs may conflict with the CPSA Clinic Registry. We encourage you to log out of any EMR platforms before interacting with the Clinic Registry.
